However, if you face any issues with your purchase, we offer easy refund and replacement options to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
•Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
•The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
•Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or physical damage are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
•Refunds and replacements apply only to items purchased directly from www.printe.cloud
2. How to Request a Return
•Contact us at support@printe.cloud with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos (if applicable).
•Our team will verify your request and provide return shipping instructions.
•Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund Process
•Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
•Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
•If the item was purchased during a promotional offer or discount, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Replacement Policy
We will gladly replace your product if:
•It arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon delivery.
•The wrong item was shipped to you.
Replacement Terms:
•Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video evidence.
•Once verified, we’ll arrange for a free replacement shipment or, if unavailable, offer a full refund.
•Replacement products are subject to availability of the same or similar model.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Replaceable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or replacement:
•Opened or used ink cartridges and toner
•Clearance, “as-is,” or special offer products
•Items showing signs of tampering, damage, or modification after delivery
